Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, manage, and optimize master production schedules to meet customer delivery dates.
- Coordinate with the procurement department to ensure raw materials and components are available for scheduled production.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules in real-time to mitigate delays or resource constraints.
- Analyze production capacity and labor requirements to maximize equipment utilization and throughput.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Customer Service teams to provide accurate lead times and order status updates.
- Maintain and update the ERP/MRP system to ensure data integrity for inventory and production records.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on production performance, KPIs, and supply chain bottlenecks for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning or scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and experience with ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and forecast production needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
