Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive production plans and schedules to meet customer demand.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure timely procurement of raw materials.
- Analyze production data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Communicate regular production status updates to management and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and logistics teams to resolve bottlenecks and ensure operational continuity.
- Ensure that all production activities comply with quality standards and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in production planning or supply chain coordination within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
