We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Production Planner to join our dynamic team at NCS Solutions. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supporting our production planning and supply chain operations, specifically focusing on our relationships with OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) vendors. Your ability to manage wafer supply, optimize loading schedules, and guarantee on-time delivery will be essential to our operational success. You will oversee the end-to-end planning process, ensuring that materials are available when needed to meet production targets.
As a Production Planner, you will act as the bridge between our production goals and our vendor partners. You will analyze production data, forecast inventory needs, and coordinate closely with logistics teams to ensure seamless operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with OSAT vendors to plan and schedule wafer shipments effectively.
- Monitor inventory levels and production capacity to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and optimize throughput.
- Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely loading and dispatch of goods.
- Maintain and update production schedules in ERP/MRP systems.
- Address supply chain disruptions and implement contingency plans.
- Generate accurate weekly and monthly production reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor supply chain processes, specifically OSAT vendors.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or MRP software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
