- Develop and maintain comprehensive production plans and schedules based on customer orders and capacity constraints.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on production goals, material availability, and delivery timelines.
- Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to management, highlighting key KPIs and trends.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage material requirements planning (MRP) to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Resolve production issues and adjust plans dynamically in response to changes in demand or supply chain disruptions.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure satisfaction and clear communication.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in production planning, scheduling, or logistics within the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
