We seek a strategic thinker to optimize our production processes by balancing sales forecasts, inventory levels, capacity constraints, and delivery commitments. This critical role ensures seamless coordination across departments to maintain operational efficiency while meeting customer demands in the competitive electronics manufacturing sector.
You'll leverage data-driven insights to create realistic production schedules, mitigate supply chain risks, and enhance resource utilization. As a vital member of our operations team, you'll contribute directly to reducing lead times, minimizing waste, and improving overall productivity in our state-of-the-art facility in Senai, Johor.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with sales forecasts and customer delivery requirements
- Analyze inventory levels to optimize stock availability and minimize carrying costs
- Monitor production capacity and equipment utilization to identify efficiency opportunities
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely material availability
- Collaborate with logistics to synchronize production with shipping schedules
- Generate performance reports for continuous improvement initiatives
- Proactively address scheduling bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing operations
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
