Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement production plans to meet demand forecasts while optimizing inventory levels
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to address any bottlenecks
- Analyze production data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure products meet specifications
- Prepare production reports and maintain accurate documentation of all activities
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of finished products to customers
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing operations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in ERP systems and production planning software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-departmental collaboration
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and lean manufacturing concepts
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
