You'll leverage SAP systems to develop optimal production schedules, strategically allocate manpower resources, and coordinate material procurement – ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining inventory precision. - Develop and execute production plans using SAP to meet customer demand and delivery targets
- Optimize manpower allocation and resource utilization across production lines
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely material availability and inventory accuracy
- Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions
- Analyze production data to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance throughput
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts
- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure compliance with production standards
- Prepare production reports and performance metrics for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning within manufacturing
- Proficiency in SAP (MM/PP modules) and production planning software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret production data and KPIs
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making capabilities
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and inventory control methods
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
