Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer demands and delivery targets.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure raw materials are available for production runs.
- Analyze workflow data to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
- Generate and report production performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage job orders from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and production delays.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing operations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
