- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules aligned with demand forecasts and inventory levels
- Analyze equipment capabilities and plant procedures to optimize workflow efficiency
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and quality teams to ensure seamless material flow
- Monitor production KPIs and implement corrective actions for bottlenecks
- Prepare capacity planning reports and recommend process improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in production planning/scheduling
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and production planning software
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Expert knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain operations
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or APICS preferred
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
