Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, schedule, and monitor production activities to ensure projects meet established deadlines.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure materials are available for production.
- Collaborate with the installation team to synchronize delivery schedules with site readiness.
- Maintain accurate production documentation and update project status in the internal tracking system.
- Identify potential bottlenecks in the production workflow and implement proactive solutions to prevent delays.
- Conduct regular progress meetings with department heads to track project milestones.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control protocols throughout the production cycle.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelorās Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or project coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with ERP or production management software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Malay, or Chinese.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings or project specifications is a significant advantage.
- High level of integrity, initiative, and a strong sense of accountability.
