We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Production Planner to join Monolithic Power Malaysia Sdn Bhd. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for analyzing production demand and formulating comprehensive plans to ensure seamless manufacturing operations and timely delivery of customer orders. You will act as the critical bridge between production, sales, and supply chain teams to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.

Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze market demand and forecast production requirements accurately to support business objectives.
- Develop and maintain Master Production Schedules (MPS) aligned with customer demand and capacity constraints.
- Coordinate closely with supply chain, procurement, and engineering teams to ensure material availability.
- Monitor daily production progress and identify potential bottlenecks or delays in the workflow.
- Ensure strict adherence to customer order deadlines and delivery promises to maintain high service levels.
- Generate and review production reports, performance metrics, and inventory status on a regular basis.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize production workflows and reduce costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in production planning or manufacturing operations.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP, Oracle, or similar software.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and create actionable plans.
- Proven track record of meeting production targets and ensuring on-time delivery goals.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
