Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize capacity utilization
- Analyze material requirements and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of components
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules proactively to address bottlenecks or disruptions
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve production issues and implement process improvements
- Generate and distribute production reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance metrics
- Optimize inventory levels to minimize carrying costs while preventing stockouts
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards throughout production processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production planning within high-tech manufacturing
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and production planning software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret production data and KPIs
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and inventory optimization techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
