Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the production planning team in developing and maintaining daily production schedules.
- Monitor raw material inventory levels to prevent production downtime.
- Coordinate with floor supervisors to ensure workflow alignment and target achievement.
- Update production progress reports and maintain accurate documentation in the ERP system.
- Identify and report potential bottlenecks in the manufacturing process to management.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliations.
- Support administrative tasks related to logistics and supply chain documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards on the production floor.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or SPM/STPM qualification in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production planning environment is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in Malay and English.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work in Melaka.
