Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement production schedules for automation manufacturing lines
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production departments to ensure timely material availability
- Monitor production progress and adjust plans to optimize efficiency and meet delivery deadlines
- Manage inventory levels for raw materials, components, and finished goods
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate new equipment and processes
- Prepare production reports for management review and decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning within manufacturing
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and production planning software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret production metrics
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Experience with automation or machine vision manufacturing environments preferred
