MMC Success is currently seeking a highly motivated Production Planner to join our dynamic team in Pasir Ris. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that our production schedules are perfectly aligned with market demand and regulatory standards.
The successful candidate will manage end-to-end production planning for high-volume FMCG products, with specific oversight regarding EU MDR compliance. You will collaborate closely with procurement, warehouse, and production floor teams to optimize lead times, reduce bottlenecks, and maintain seamless inventory flow. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain optimized production schedules to meet customer demand while minimizing downtime.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to ensure uninterrupted production cycles.
- Ensure all production documentation strictly adheres to EU MDR (European Medical Device Regulation) compliance standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments, including Procurement and Quality Assurance, to resolve supply chain disruptions.
- Analyze production performance metrics and prepare weekly reports for management review.
- Manage capacity planning to balance labor, equipment, and material availability.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline planning processes and reduce operational wastage.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production planning, ideally within the FMCG or Medical Device industry.
- In-depth knowledge of EU MDR regulatory requirements and quality standards is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage urgent production deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to foster collaborative relationships across different levels of the organization.
