You will work closely with cross-functional teams to mitigate material shortages, optimize inventory levels, and drive supply chain excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to minimize downtime and avoid material shortages.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely arrival of raw materials.
- Analyze manufacturing capacity and optimize resource allocation across production lines.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders to align production output with international supply chain strategies.
- Generate and present production performance reports to management to drive continuous improvement.
- Actively participate in troubleshooting production bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with strong analytical mindsets are highly encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with ERP systems is a distinct advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with diverse teams.
- High level of integrity, initiative, and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret technical production data and translate it into actionable plans.
