Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure material availability
- Analyze production data and identify bottlenecks for process improvement
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and production departments to align operational plans
- Prepare and distribute production reports to senior management
- Manage capacity planning and allocate resources efficiently across production lines
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning within manufacturing
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is advantageous
