- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet demand forecasts
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production departments
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure material availability

- Manage supplier logistics and delivery timelines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years in production planning/operations
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience in manufacturing MNC environment preferred
