- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules aligned with demand forecasts and capacity constraints
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure material availability
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement improvement strategies
- Collaborate with manufacturing, logistics, and sales departments to align production plans
- Prepare regular performance reports for management decision-making
- Optimize resource allocation (labor, equipment) to maximize operational efficiency

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing operations
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and production planning software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex production data
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and inventory control principles
