You will collaborate closely with Procurement, Logistics, and the production floor to streamline operations, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvement.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain detailed weekly and monthly production schedules based on demand forecasts and capacity constraints.
- Collaborate with the Procurement team to ensure the timely availability of raw materials, ingredients, and packaging supplies.
- Monitor production output against the schedule, identifying variances and implementing effective corrective actions.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to optimize turnover and minimize obsolescence.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) team to align supply plans with business objectives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, KPI tracking, and schedule adherence.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing projects within the plant.
- Assist in New Product Development (NPD) launches by creating initial production plans and managing trial runs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Production Planner or Supply Chain Analyst in a manufacturing environment (FMCG, Food & Beverage preferred).
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of MRP logic, capacity planning, and inventory management principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City.
