Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain optimal production schedules for substrate manufacturing processes
- Coordinate with procurement, warehousing, and production teams to ensure material availability
- Analyze capacity utilization and implement efficiency improvements in production workflows
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock rotation for substrates and components
- Prepare and distribute production reports, highlighting key performance indicators
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve production bottlenecks and delays
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards in all planning activities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven production analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing operations
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and production planning software
- Strong analytical skills with experience in capacity planning and inventory management
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and substrate production
