Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement production schedules to optimize resource utilization and meet customer demand
- Analyze supply chain data to forecast inventory requirements and prevent stockouts
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless operations
- Monitor production KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency
- Manage inventory levels to balance cost control with service targets
- Prepare regular reports on production performance and supply chain metrics
- Identify process bottlenecks and propose continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in production planning or supply chain operations
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and inventory control methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
