- Develop and manage production forecasts based on historical data, sales trends, and demand projections.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to ensure optimal stock without overstocking or shortages.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehousing, and production teams to align supply with production schedules.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures, including cycle counting and reconciliation.
- Analyze supply chain performance data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure timely availability of materials to support manufacturing operations and minimize downtime.
- Prepare and present inventory reports, KPIs, and inventory turnover analysis to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline planning workflows and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or supply chain management.
- Proven knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental coordination.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
