Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with customer demand and capacity constraints
- Monitor inventory levels across the supply chain to optimize stock turnover and reduce carrying costs
- Analyze demand patterns and create accurate forecasts to prevent stockouts or overstock situations
- Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams for material availability and production flow
- Implement inventory control systems including ABC analysis, cycle counting, and safety stock calculations
- Generate production reports and KPIs to track performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce production bottlenecks
- Ensure compliance with inventory management policies and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning or inventory control within manufacturing
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and inventory management software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and inventory optimization techniques
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Willingness to work in Santa Rosa City, Laguna with occasional overtime as needed
