Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain production plans aligned with customer demand forecasts and capacity constraints
- Monitor inventory levels across raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods
- Coordinate procurement schedules to prevent material shortages or overstock situations
- Generate production reports and performance metrics for management review
- Implement inventory control procedures including ABC analysis and safety stock calculations
- Collaborate with quality control teams to address production discrepancies
- Optimize production schedules to minimize downtime and maximize throughput
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile system records with physical counts
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years' experience in PPIC or manufacturing operations
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and inventory optimization techniques
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration
