Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end production planning processes to meet customer demand while minimizing inventory costs
- Develop and maintain inventory control systems to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent shortages
- Lead, mentor, and develop the production planning and inventory control team
- Analyze production data to forecast requirements and adjust schedules dynamically
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and operations departments to align production targets
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives in planning methodologies
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage inventory valuation and reporting for financial accuracy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in production planning and inventory control with 2+ years managerial experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and planning software
- Strong analytical skills with experience in demand forecasting and inventory optimization
- Proven leadership abilities with team management experience
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
