Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute production schedules to meet demand forecasts while optimizing capacity utilization
- Monitor inventory levels across multiple warehouses and implement JIT/kanban systems where applicable
- Analyze historical sales data to forecast demand and adjust production plans accordingly
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely raw material availability
- Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve stock discrepancies
- Generate production reports and KPI dashboards for management review
- Collaborate with quality control teams to address production bottlenecks

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years experience in production planning or inventory control roles
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in data analysis and modeling
