Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain production plans to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure stock availability while minimizing carrying costs.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely material delivery.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Generate and report inventory reports and production performance metrics to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in inventory handling.
- Manage stock discrepancies and conduct regular stock audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production planning or inventory control within the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with internal departments.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
