Tanggung Jawab
- Develop & Maintain Schedules: Create and update daily production schedules to align with customer orders and manufacturing capacity.
- Inventory Coordination: Monitor raw material stock levels and coordinate closely with the procurement team to prevent production downtime.
- Data Analysis: Analyze production data and trends to identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for production updates, communicating status reports to management and operational teams.
- Report Preparation: Assist in compiling monthly production reports, forecasting needs, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Logistics Support: Coordinate with the logistics department to schedule the timely dispatch of finished goods.
- Compliance: Ensure all planning activities adhere to safety regulations and quality control standards.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in production planning or a similar role within the manufacturing sector is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and strong skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on process improvement.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling data, schedules, and inventory records.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing production priorities.
