Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly production reports for management review
- Coordinate production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of customer goods
- Issue and manage job orders based on production priorities and capacity
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement to prevent shortages
- Analyze production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to align production targets
- Maintain accurate documentation of production metrics and performance data
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing or production planning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and production planning software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
