Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization
- Monitor production KPIs and analyze bottlenecks to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and quality teams to maintain material flow and inventory accuracy
- Utilize ERP/MES systems for real-time production tracking and capacity planning

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in production planning or manufacturing operations

- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret production data and metrics
