- Design and optimize production plans to maximize efficiency and meet delivery deadlines
- Analyze manufacturing workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and quality teams to ensure seamless operations
- Develop production schedules using ERP systems and maintain real-time progress tracking
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve resource utilization
- Prepare regular performance reports for management and stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering teams on product design improvements affecting production
- Monitor inventory levels and recommend optimal stock replenishment strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing operations
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and production planning software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex production data
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

- Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems
