Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive production schedules based on sales forecasts and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and compounds.
- Monitor production progress daily to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions immediately.
- Maintain optimal stock levels to balance operational costs with service level requirements.
- Liaise with logistics and warehouse departments to streamline the transition from manufacturing to global distribution.
- Prepare regular production performance reports, highlighting key metrics such as output efficiency and lead time.
- Facilitate inter-departmental communication to ensure manufacturing goals align with company-wide targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in production planning or material management, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations under pressure.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot operational issues and implement data-driven solutions.
- Deep understanding of Just-In-Time (JIT) manufacturing principles and inventory control techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining high levels of individual accountability.
