Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive production schedules based on master production plans to ensure on-time delivery.
- Analyze manufacturing capacity and load requirements to optimize resource utilization across the plant.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure material availability aligns with production schedules to prevent line stoppages.
- Monitor production output against targets and initiate corrective actions to resolve bottlenecks or delays.
- Lead demand planning meetings, providing insights on plant capabilities and constraints to stakeholders.
- Implement and refine lean manufacturing and planning processes to improve overall production efficiency.
- Oversee inventory levels to ensure a healthy balance between service levels and working capital requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or materials management within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of MPS (Master Production Schedule) and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) processes.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into actionable operational strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement methodologies.
