Join Starlite Printers as a Production Planning Manager and drive operational excellence in our dynamic manufacturing environment. This pivotal role requires strategic oversight of Production, Material Control (PMC) operations to optimize production schedules, minimize downtime, and ensure seamless customer order fulfillment. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, warehousing, and production teams to maintain inventory accuracy, implement lean manufacturing principles, and achieve key performance targets. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting where precision, efficiency, and proactive problem-solving are paramount to our success.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive production plans to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization
- Monitor production KPIs including OEE, lead times, and inventory turnover
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely material availability and supplier performance
- Implement and maintain ERP/MRP systems for production scheduling and inventory control
- Analyze capacity constraints and implement solutions to prevent production bottlenecks
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing methodologies
- Manage production planning team through mentorship, training, and performance management
- Prepare monthly production reports and forecasts for senior management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in production planning within manufacturing environment
- Proven expertise in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret production data and metrics
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma preferred
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and planning software
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
