In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for orchestrating end-to-end production scheduling, capacity planning, and material synchronization to ensure seamless manufacturing operations.

You will leverage your expertise in Lean manufacturing, ERP systems, and data-driven decision-making to optimize throughput, reduce lead times, and maintain world-class inventory levels. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive production schedules based on customer forecasts and demand planning.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Procurement, and Manufacturing to align supply with operational targets.
- Monitor and analyze production performance metrics, implementing continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency.
- Oversee capacity utilization and machine loading to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Manage material flow and inventory levels to prevent shortages while minimizing carrying costs.
- Drive root-cause analysis for production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Mentor and guide the production planning team to achieve departmental KPIs and professional growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in production planning or master scheduling, preferably within a high-volume electronics or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel modeling.
- Deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and JIT (Just-in-Time) methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and Malay.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing diverse teams.
- APICS (CPIM/CSCP) or equivalent certification is a significant advantage.
