Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain daily/weekly production schedules based on capacity and customer requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely supply of raw materials.
- Identify and mitigate potential production bottlenecks to ensure smooth workflow transitions.
- Analyze production performance data to prepare accurate reports for management review.
- Collaborate with shop floor supervisors to adjust schedules in response to machine downtime or resource changes.
- Ensure compliance with all workplace safety and quality control standards.
- Maintain precise documentation of work orders and material consumption logs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Nitec/Diploma in Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing inventory control.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP software systems is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
