Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate production teams to achieve daily output targets and quality standards
- Optimize manufacturing processes through continuous improvement initiatives and lean methodologies
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, GMP standards, and environmental regulations
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Train team members on new equipment, procedures, and quality control measures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing operations with 1+ years in leadership
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality systems, and safety standards
- Proven experience implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team management skills
- Proficiency in production monitoring systems and data analysis tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rotating schedules
