As a Processing Checker, you will be the final line of defense in our quality assurance process. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our production output meets the high standards our customers expect. You will be responsible for inspecting finished goods, verifying order accuracy, and ensuring that every item leaving our facility is in perfect condition for delivery. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough visual inspections of all finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
- Verify order manifests against physical inventory to ensure 100% accuracy before shipment.
- Identify and segregate defective or sub-standard items to prevent shipment errors.
- Maintain detailed logs and reports regarding daily production output and rejection rates.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely preparation of delivery goods.
- Ensure that all storage and packaging areas are maintained in a clean, organized, and sanitary state.
- Monitor production flow to assist in identifying bottlenecks or potential quality risks.
- Follow all company safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Senior High School graduate; vocational training in a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or quality control role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies or defects quickly.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Filipino.
- Basic numerical skills for inventory checking and report documentation.
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle manual tasks within a production environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in shifting schedules if required.
- Willingness to work on-site in San Pablo City, Laguna.
