- Plan, coordinate, and direct manufacturing processes to optimize production efficiency
- Analyze and adjust production schedules based on demand forecasts and material availability
- Manage production staff assignments and performance monitoring
- Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely material delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply chain logistics
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste
- Prepare production reports and KPI dashboards for leadership
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production scheduling or manufacturing coordination
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with inventory management and supply chain logistics
