Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning or scheduling within manufacturing
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and production planning software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret production data and KPIs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
