- Lead and supervise production teams to consistently achieve daily output targets and production schedules
- Monitor and enforce quality control standards throughout the production process
- Optimize production workflows and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and bottlenecks
- Track and analyze production metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare production reports and present findings to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production management or supervisory role
- Proven track record of leading teams in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and quality control processes
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to motivate teams
- Proficiency in MS Office and production management software
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
