- Analyze production and service data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Support the development and implementation of operational excellence initiatives
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports
- Collaborate with global supply chain teams on process optimization projects
- Assist in root cause analysis of operational issues and service disruptions
- Document processes and contribute to best practice frameworks
- Support cross-functional teams in driving continuous improvement culture
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and visualization
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools (SQL, Power BI preferred)
- Knowledge of operational excellence methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen)
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Strong communication skills with ability to present complex findings clearly
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous internship or project experience in operations/supply chain is advantageous
