Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the entire production process from raw material preparation to the final finished product.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of production operators during the assigned shift.
- Ensure all products meet strict quality control standards and specifications.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor machinery and equipment performance, coordinating maintenance when necessary to minimize downtime.
- Prepare and submit daily shift reports detailing production volume, efficiency, and any operational issues.
- Identify bottlenecks in the production line and implement effective process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety standards (OHSAS/ISO).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate others.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands of the manufacturing floor.
- Effective communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
