As a Production Shift Leader (Final Test), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our high-precision semiconductor testing operations run at peak efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise production shift activities within the Final Test department to ensure targets are met.
- Monitor production output, quality metrics, and machine downtime, taking immediate corrective action when necessary.
- Foster a culture of safety, ensuring all team members adhere strictly to occupational health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues and optimize test processes.
- Manage shift scheduling, resource allocation, and personnel development to maximize team productivity.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen/Lean) to reduce waste and enhance operational throughput.
- Prepare detailed shift reports and maintain accurate production documentation in accordance with ISO standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or Mechanical) or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in semiconductor testing or back-end operations.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing production teams in a shift-based environment.
- Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, or RCA.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate effectively across all levels.
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and digital manufacturing tools is a significant advantage.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts as required by operational demands.
