Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily shift operations and ensure production schedules are met efficiently.
- Lead and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a culture of safety and productivity.
- Monitor product quality closely and implement corrective actions to minimize defects.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing production demands.
- Familiarity with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control systems.
