Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company specifications and industry standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with team leads to achieve daily production targets and quotas.
- Document production data accurately, including output volume, materials used, and equipment downtime.
- Perform routine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on production equipment to minimize delays.
- Assist in inventory management and the preparation of raw materials for daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Vocational Training in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety protocols and manufacturing best practices.
- Ability to interpret technical instructions and follow detailed production blueprints.
- Excellent physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy equipment or materials when required.
- Proficient in basic computer operations for data logging and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality control.
- Ability to work effectively in a shifting schedule environment.
