Tanggung Jawab
- Operate production machinery and equipment for ORO Socks and cosmetics manufacturing
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure product specifications are met
- Monitor production processes to identify and resolve operational issues
- Assemble, package, and label finished products according to standards
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
- Document production activities and report equipment malfunctions
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certification required
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of quality control standards and procedures
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and SOPs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution
- Good communication skills and teamwork abilities
- Physical stamina for standing and repetitive tasks
