Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain production machinery in accordance with safety guidelines and operational manuals.
- Monitor production output to ensure all products meet strict quality control standards.
- Coordinate with the Japanese management team to implement workflow improvements and lean manufacturing techniques.
- Perform daily preventive maintenance and report any technical issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with 5S standards.
- Assist in inventory management and the accurate documentation of production logs.
- Support cross-functional teams in various tasks to ensure daily production targets are met on time.
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or holder of a Vocational/Technical Diploma in a related field.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly preferred.
- Strong work ethic with a genuine willingness to learn and multitask.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety protocols and manufacturing best practices.
- Good verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with production.
