Tanggung Jawab
- Assemble and inspect automotive wiring harnesses and components according to technical blueprints and specifications.
- Operate production machinery and assembly equipment safely and efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company safety regulations and 5S standards.
- Perform routine quality control checks and identify defects or deviations from standards immediately.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to production schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Report equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or safety hazards to the line supervisor promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and high team morale.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of any Engineering degree course (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering).
- Demonstrated strong personality with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles is an advantage.
- Willingness to undergo training and rotate shifts as required by production needs.
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards problem-solving.
- High school diploma or equivalent for candidates with significant relevant experience.
